Raw for 30 Days - "You ARE what YOU EAT"

Raw food is "Alive". To feel alive. Eat food that is alive. 50-80% of you food raw.

The sicker the person, the more raw, fermented foods I recommend.

For a regular diet, supplement your raw foods with your cooked whole foods, and limit consumption of raw dairy and pasture fed met.
